Master Degree in micro-engineering for the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Lausanne (2001) with focus on Micro Electromechanical Systems (MEMS) and nanotechnologies.
Musical education in Montreal (Université de Montréal) and Zurich (ZHdK), completed with a performer degree (D.E.S.S. Interprétation, 2006) and a concert diploma (2007) in classical saxophone, with focus on contemporary and live-electronic music.
Since 2008, research on musical gesture and hardware development at the ICST. Also freelancer musician/performer with specific interest in cross-over disciplines like live-electronics, tanz- or musiktheater.
